I’m always looking for unusual and cool equipment for your guns, pistols, and air rifles.
Surely you have seen a special unit in some action movie, aiming at targets with a gun while looking through a red dot. This red dot often has a magnifier placed in front of it, which can be flipped in front of the red dot sight, if necessary, to quickly aim at targets at a greater distance. I always thought that was really cool.
So, I decided to get this combination and test it. I had the choice between different sets. Since I like higher magnifications, I chose the set of ROMEO4H + JULIET4 from the American brand Sig Sauer.
Everyone who knows me, knows exactly that I need constant change in the shooting sport, that I’m always looking for even better products and that my shooting range has constantly undergone change and improvement over the last few years.
When I was allowed to shoot air rifles with more than 7.5J on the shooting range, the demands on the targets obviously changed. Most of the targets you can buy in various stores are rated at a maximum of 7.5 joules. One shot with 30 or 40 joules and the target is broken.
So, I have sent my request to Frank from Mamba Target.
Diana XR200 is finally here!
We had to wait a long time for the gap, left by Diana P1000 Evo2, to be filled again. The high-quality pneumatic air rifle from Diana was sold for the last time in early / mid 2021. Since then, we have been waiting for a pneumatic air rifle “Made in Germany” from Diana for a long time. Dozens of times I was asked if I already knew when the successor would finally be available.
However, the fact that Diana XR200 isn’t the direct successor to Diana P1000 Evo2 is already evident from its looks and all the data that is already available. XR200 is a completely new concept that I would like to introduce to you today.
Weihrauch HW 100 vs. HW 110!
Many Weihrauch fans and other shooters have come to me in recent years asking which of the two Weihrauch pre-charged air rifles they should buy and what the differences are. The price of the two rifles differs by about 300 euros, so there must be a reason.
I took a closer look at the two air rifles, worked out the similarities and differences and present the result to you today.
Today I’ll show you Mercury Chili Camo. A so-called “ready to use” set. This means that the set includes everything you need to get started in the air rifle hobby.
The set includes a bipod and a 3-9×32 Optima riflescope to which a scope mount is already attached. You also get 100 targets, a can of TopShot pellets, and a sturdy 14×14 bullet trap box.
If you like shooting at cans with your buddies or don’t have any competition ambitions, you can buy this set without hesitation. Whether you want to shoot via rear and front sight, with a scope or with a bipod or without, with this set you can get started on your first attempts.
