The review of RTI Prophet 2 was a real success. Many of you then bought the rifle from our store www.jabolo.de.

Today I want to show you a great setup for the rifle with accessories that are perfect for it but don’t break the bank.

Technical specifications of RTI Prophet 2

RTI Prophet 2 is a pneumatic rifle that works with a system pressure of 300 bar. It has an integrated regulator that regulates the air from the 350cc steel cylinder to a constant 150 bar. This ensures that the firearm is incredibly consistent and therefore incredibly precise.

RTI Prophet 2 won first place in two disciplines at the prestigious Extreme Benchrest competition in the USA. This was not only due to the excellent consistency but also thanks to the 60cm Lothar Walther match grade barrel. In combination with the outstanding trigger, it ensures that the bullets from Prophet 2 were more accurate at 50 and 75 m than any other firearm in the competition.

Prophet 2 offers a tilted Picatinny rail for mounting a riflescope. A great feature, as the bullets drop significantly at 7.5J. If you shoot the rifle with higher power abroad and at long distances, you will also appreciate this feature.

I suppose most shooters prefer to shoot the gun in a sitting or lying position. Thanks to the Picatinny rail attached at the bottom, you have the option of attaching a bipod. Today I mounted a bipod from UTG, which we have added to our range especially for RTI Prophet 2. The shooters among you who want to shoot with high precision at long distances abroad will probably use the Picatinny extension that we offer in our shop and mount either an Accu-TAC WB-04 bipod or a Accu-TAC Hydro bipod on it. You can then use it to shoot with high precision at extremely long distances.

If you then want to use a bipod, you have two options for stabilizing the buttstock.

The first option is to rest the stock against the shoulder.

The second option is to place the buttstock on a sandbag or a monopod, such as the one from Saber Tactical. For this purpose, installing the optional Bag Rider is highly recommended. It provides a large, convenient surface on which you can place the buttstock.

The silencer

If you shoot the RTI Prophet 2 in Germany with a maximum of 7.5J, then you could use a silencer.

However, if you have a gunsmith adjust the gun to its full power of approx. 110-115J and register it on your gun ownership card, or if you shoot the gun abroad where this is permitted, then you should definitely use a silencer! With an output of more than 100 joules, the rifle is really loud.

From my point of view, two silencers are particularly recommended. On the one hand there’s DonnyFL Sumo in caliber 7.62mm, and on the other DonnyFL Emperor. The latter is of course even better in terms of sound suppression due to its size. However, it also costs almost twice as much.

Nevertheless, I think  DonnyFL Emperor is the better option for the more powerful version.

For now, take a look at my video about the rifle:

My conclusion

In my opinion, RTI Prophet 2 is the most affordable high-quality tactical air rifle with a large caliber that you can buy. In addition to the material and workmanship, the precision and power are outstanding. It really is a perfect rifle that has been extremely popular abroad for a long time.

Since its impressive victories at the Extreme Benchrest competition in the USA in 2019, the rifle has been on the radar of practically all top shooters.

I’m super happy that we can now offer you this firearm at such a great price. The last delivery has arrived. If it’s sold, RTI Prophet 2 will disappear from the market.

Of course, you have always the option of contacting us in the event of a technical issue. The service for German rifles is carried out at ahg Anschütz by their gunsmiths. The supply of spare parts is also covered.

How do you like RTI Prophet 2?

I’m looking forward to your opinion.

See you next week!

Best regards!

Yours, Andi
