Today I will test Reximex Tormenta for you. This is the fourth pneumatic rifle from the Turkish manufacturer that I am reviewing here on my blog.

The rifle has some really exciting features in store, which I want to show you today in my blog post and video.

So, stay tuned and have fun!

Technical specifications of Reximex Tormenta

Reximex Tormenta is a pneumatic air rifle that works with a pressure of 250 bar. The air can be filled into the rifle quickly and easily via the integrated foster quickfill connector.

This brings us to the rifle’s first major special feature: the huge cylinder capacity.

Tormenta has a 250cc cylinder under the barrel and an additional 370cc cylinder in the buttstock. With this air supply, you can shoot several hundred shots before you have to refill the gun.

Another special feature is the compact size of the rifle. Reximex Tormenta is just 84 cm / 33” long and weighs 2800 grams / 6.1 lbs. The barrel measures 38 cm / 14.9” and has a 1/2” UNF thread to which a silencer or compensator can be easily attached.

Its low weight is surely due to the synthetic stock.

The cheek piece and the grip are suitable for both left- and right-handed users. The butt plate is rubberized and adjustable in height. This allows you to further customize the gun to your individual needs.

There is a sling swivel on both the fore-end and the buttstock. A rifle belt can be attached to these. Alternatively, you can also attach a bipod to the front sling swivel. This means you can use it for mounted shooting.

Shooting with Reximex Tormenta

Of course, as always, I tested the rifle thoroughly.

In the trigger test, the single stage trigger had a trigger weight of 763 grams / 1.6 lbs. This is an outstanding result. Then, of course, I tried out how well it performs in the shooting test.

I shot at my Sport Quantum SQ10 at a distance of 10m.

I loaded the 14-round drum magazine with Qiang Yuan Domed pellets with 0.55g in caliber 4.5mm. Loading was no problem at all and is easy to do. Hold the magazine firmly and turn the transparent plastic cover clockwise until it clicks into place. Then place the first pellet headfirst into the magazine. The spring mechanism is now held in place by this pellet. The 13 additional pellets can then be easily inserted into the magazine one after the other.

Today I don’t use a bipod for the shooting test, but simply rest the rifle lightly on a sandbag.

The adjustable trigger blade fits nicely on my index finger.

Now all you have to do is deactivate the manual safety and you’re ready to go.

Take a look at my shot test in the video below.

My conclusion

Reximex Tormenta is an air rifle that is suitable for the whole family thanks to its low weight. When filling the huge 620cc cylinder, it is advisable to use a compressor or an air bottle. A pump would probably keep you busy forever.

Shooting the rifle is fun and the rifle and the magazines worked absolutely reliably in my test.

If you are looking for an inexpensive, lightweight, compact, and portable pneumatic air rifle for plinking, you should take a closer look at Reximex Tormenta.
